15May20 - Love and Loyalty of Dogs

Boki and I watched documentaries of Kara David in YouTube.
There was a documentary about K9 dogs and their fate after their service in military.
What made me cry is the story of Chika the Belgian Malinois and Dado his handler for 5 years.
After Chika served 12 years in military, she was retired and sent to a dog adoption home in Angat, Bulacan.
Dado was assigned in a different location and they were separated for 4 years.
They were re-united again and Chika never forget Dado.
Dado was also crying upon seeing Chika but he was not financially capable to adopt Chika.
I guess what struck me the most is the loyalty and the special bond between the dog and her previous handler.
Absolutely genuine, very rare to find even in people.

Thank You List:

1. Waking up early and spending more quality time with Boki.

2. We ate biringhe (corn + pork) for lunch, french fries for snack and buffalo tapa for dinner.

3. We watched Casino Royale (James Bond 2006)
