We were able to deliver 37 orders today of steak, pork tapa and tocino.
One of our first customers is Anine and she liked the pork tocino.
It is also a good chance for us to catch up and see old friends.
Thank You List:
1. I had a quick lunch of tortang talong + left over tocino + pork adobo cooked by Boki in the morning.
2. I was busy chatting with customers for steak orders on Wednesday.
3. I packed steak and pork tapa, prepared gravy and labels. Quite a busy day for me today.
4. We had late dinner as we had deliveries. We ate sardines + pork tocino to try if the marinate is perfect.
